1. Recycle Unwanted Items. (RIMS, or just junk items you don't need)
Recycling items is a great way to get more gems in just a few minutes. Recycling RIMS and Epic Wonders items can get you a lot of gems in less than 5 minutes! Here's so tips for recycling items;
Think: Do I need this item?
Do I wear this item?
Is it beta or rare?
What would someone trade me for it?
Is it worth an item I really want?
What is it valued at?
Search Up The Item If You Don't Know What It's Worth:
Use a Search Engine Such as Google or Bing: Type in "Animal Jam _______ (insert item here) worth" or just "Animal Jam _______ (insert item here)"
Look at the websites listed: I like to use the website "Animal Jam Wiki" (if it's a un-rare item or has little worth) or MeiAn's blog. (if the item is rare and has greater worth)
2. Play Adventures On Hard Mode.
Adventures on Hard can get you the gems you need in only a few minutes. Be aware that adventures may take you longer than all the rest of these suggestions. They do, however, get you more gems.
Return Of The Phantoms: No need for someone else to do this adventure with. Get your Arctic Wolf, (if you're a member) and go on this adventure alone. You can have buddies as well, but this is a great adventure to go at alone because it is very easy. As long as you know where all the treasure chests are, you're good to go.
1st Treasure Chest: Once you go into the adventure, before you get to the bunny sign, there is a patch of flowers.
Walk into the trees behind the flowers, and you'll be in a secret path that takes you straight to the first secret chest.
2nd Treasure Chest: Once you've finished plugging in all the corks, you'll find another treasure chest by the water. It's hidden around some trees.
It's quite easy to see, you can actually see it from a spot you plug in a cork.
3rd Treasure Chest: If you follow the water down the stream, kind of to the right, you'll see another treasure chest.

4th Treasure Chest: If you follow the water again, this time to the left, you'll reach another treasure chest that's just past the bunny sign. There's also a cute moth flying above it.
5th Treasure Chest: Just below Cookie, the bunny that is by the water, there is a secret passage between the trees. If you follow it, you'll get right to the treasure chest.
6th Treasure Chest: This is the final treasure chest. Once you unlock the doorway with the key, head upwards. There should be a patch of grass and a fly trap. If you go to the right a little, you'll bring out a phantom. Trap the phantom in the fly trap and go into the trees. There should be the final chest waiting for you.
3. Playing Arcade Games.
Playing arcade games are a fun and easy way to earn gems, and a great way to not die of boredom. Here are the TOP FIVE games that get you the most gems, and the most fun. (Please note that these are not in any specific order, and they are entirely based on my opinion.)
Number 5: Are you really good at creating looks for your animals? Do you like to dress your animals, and vote for others? If so, Best Dressed is the game for you. And get this! The winner of each round gets 200 GEMS! Now that's a way to collect gems and have FUN!
Number 4: Are you good at solving puzzles? Do you have a lot of time on your hands? Then Overflow is the game for you. If you play Overflow on Hard, it's actually easy, so it's a great way to get gems. Overflow DOES take a long time to reach 1,000 gems.
Number 3: Are you good at racing? Do you like dolphins? Well then, Splash And Dash is the game for you! If you play the normal version 10 times and win every time, Pro will unlock. Then you will get more gems! Splash and Dash is one of my favorite games! It's so fun!
Number 2: If you're good at Where's Waldo, then Phantom's Treasure would be a great game for you to check out. If you play the game several times, you'll begin to memorize where all the things are, and it will get easier. If you get all of them in less than 10 seconds, you'll get 1,000 gems EASILY! I'm not good at this game, so it isn't the game for me.
Number 1: If you're good at dodging phantoms, and running around as your favorite animal, then Falling Phantoms is the game for you! Falling Phantoms is my all time favorite game, and a quick way to get up to (250?) gems, as long as you collect all the gems in the corners.
